Users (as defined below) are hereby informed that this Privacy Notice applies to them by the mere act of accessing or using any of the webpages, web or mobile applications, software, and other digital services that make up the “KIPCALM” portal (hereinafter, collectively and interchangeably, “KIPCALM”). By doing so, you are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Notice and agreed to comply with it. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, you must refrain from accessing or using the KIPCALM App.
“User” means any person who accesses or uses the KIPCALM App through a computer or any other communication device (the “User”). By accessing the App, the User fully and unconditionally accepts each and every provision contained in this Privacy Notice.

At 911 MEX-USA, S.A. de C.V. (“KIPCALM”), the security of our Users is our top priority. We protect your personal data by implementing, applying, and maintaining robust technical, physical, and administrative safeguards.
As a User, you can enjoy a wide range of services through the KIPCALM App, knowing that your personal information will be kept confidential and handled securely. Please note that KIPCALM—together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, and related entities—is the data controller responsible for collecting, processing, and using any personal data you provide via the Portal.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected by “KIPCALM” will be used for the following primary purposes:
(i) to create and maintain the files, databases, and systems required to carry out our operations and services;
(ii) to provide services quickly and efficiently; and
(iii) to conduct internal analyses.
Additionally, your personal data may be used for these secondary purposes:
(i) marketing, advertising, and commercial prospecting;
(ii) offering you other products and services from “KIPCALM” or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agents, or related entities;
(iii) sending you promotions for other goods, services, and/or products;
(iv) performing statistical analyses, generating information models, and creating current and predictive behavior profiles; and
(v) inviting you to participate in surveys, raffles, and promotions.
OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The Company has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, and we require the same level of protection from every service provider we engage.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by emailing svc@911mexico.com and stating in the body of the message your full name and the specific data you do not wish to be disclosed. If your request is approved, your information will be placed on our internal exclusion list.
MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OBJECTION (ARCO RIGHTS)
You may exercise your ARCO Rights at any time by emailing svc@911mexico.com. To do so, you (or your legal representative) must submit a request that includes the following:
- Full name of the data subject (User).
- Mailing address (or another means by which we can communicate our response).
- Proof of identity (INE/IFE voter ID or passport) and, where applicable, documents proving the legal representation of the requester.
- Description of the specific personal data for which you wish to exercise ARCO Rights, and the particular right(s) you seek to exercise.
If one or more of the above documents are missing and/or contain errors or omissions, KIPCALM will notify you within three (3) business days of receiving the request and will ask for the missing documents and/or corrections. You will then have five (5) business days from that notification to provide the updated information; otherwise, the request will be deemed not submitted.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be communicated to you through one or more of the following means: a written notice sent to your mailing address; an email to the address you have provided; a message to your mobile phone; a notice displayed within the App or any other electronic medium you use to conduct transactions; or, where appropriate, publication in newspapers of broad circulation near KIPCALM’s registered office.
